Announcing Our Interactive AI Virtual Human
YANS Exhibition Participation Notice
We are pleased to announce our participation as a Gold Sponsor in the Young Researchers' Symposium on Natural Language Processing (YANS), which will be held from September 4th to 6th.
At Aww, we have been intensifying our research and development efforts in the AI field since last year, submitting papers to conferences such as the Association for Natural Language Processing and the Japanese Society for Artificial Intelligence. For this occasion, we plan to showcase a demo of our autonomous conversational AI service, which utilizes virtual humans and AI currently under development.
Our Commitment to the AI Field
Aww’s technical strengths lie in the development of photorealistic virtual humans based on high-quality 3D CGI technology and the creation of related content.
We also excel in IP development with a strong focus on storytelling. This background has led us to challenge ourselves with giving virtual humans “personalities” through the combination of generative AI.
Currently, we are particularly focused on research and development of LLMs specialized for character creation. Our goal is to create virtual humans with diverse personalities by thoroughly learning and combining detailed human traits and settings.
In this exhibition demo, you can experience a imma's personality first hand through her AI recreation.
At the conference previously mentioned, we also presented papers detailing the methods used to achieve this personality replication for Imma.
In addition to our work on conversational AI, we are also making significant progress in the field of image generation. While many companies are already integrating AI into content creation, as a company that handles character IP, we place great importance on generating specific characters. For example, the images below were generated using a custom LoRA model of imma, output through a generative AI.
As you can see, we are actively utilizing and researching AI in content creation as well.
Although there will be no exhibits related to generative AI at this event, we invite you to experience our conversational virtual human AI at the exhibition.
